Shipping DestinationsWe ship Worldwide. Shipping Rates & Service OptionsThe shipping rates and shipping options are displayed in the shopping cart. Please select your country for available shipping options and rates to your destination. We use USPS, UPS and FedEx for US and worldwide shipping. UPS/Fedex cannot deliver to P.O. Box address. If you selected UPS/Fedex carrier for your order please provide a street address for delivery (No P.O. Box).
International OrdersInternational customers are responsible for Customs, Taxes and Duties as applicable within their respective countries. Time in TransitMost orders are shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekend and Federal Holidays). Time in transit may vary by location and selected shipping service. Standard Shipping may take 2-5 business days within US. International deliveries may take 7-15 business days.
Same Day ShippingOrders received and confirmed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time, can be shipped on same business day. Our office is closed on Saturday, Sunday and Federal Holidays. Orders received during the weekends/holidays will be shipped on following business day.
Payment MethodsWe currently accept major credit cards, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal and wire transfers. For credit card payments, please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed at the time your order is processed and is being readied for shipment. Minimum OrderThere is no minimum order requirements. Purchase Orders / Net 30 Days TermIn addition, we accept purchase orders from Hospitals, Clinics, Institutions, Veterinarians, and not for profit organizations. Customers can fax in the purchase orders to 1-866-787-8776 or email to email@example.com Customers can pay immediately with a major credit card or any order can be billed to the customer account. Order AcceptanceThe order confirmation / acknowledgement is not a contract and does not constitute an acceptance of your order, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at a particular price. Surgical123.com reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on this web site. Order ProcessingWe have 98% fulfillment capacity. In stock items are shipped within 1 business day. If there is a change, you will be notified via email. Fax and phone orders may take additional 2-3 days for processing. All orders subject to stock availability. Usually entire order is shipped together, however, in some cases your order may be shipped from different locations and may arrive in separate packages.
Order Status InformationEvery order goes through a series of status changes. You will receive order update email notification as your order moves along our processing facility. Back Ordered ItemsUsually, orders are shipped in full. If unexpectedly, an item is out of stock or back ordered it may take longer to ship your order. However, in all cases you will be notified immediately with a choice to cancel or hold order until shipped. Or we may also substitute your ordered item with a similar/identical item. You will be billed only for the items that were shipped to you. Shipping LocationMost orders are shipped & processed from our warehouse drop ship facility at; 199 Laidlaw Ave. Jersey City, New Jersey USA. We also use drop ship service from our vendors located within United States and from around the world. In rare circumstances your order may arrive in multiple packages. All orders shipped on first come first serve basis. Subject to stocks availability. Damaged/Short ShipmentsIf shipment arrives damaged or contents missing, file complaint with carrier immediately and notify us. Short/missing shipments must be reported within 2 business days. If your order has not arrived or delivered within 2 weeks from the shipping date, please contact us immediately. Missing package claims can be reported up to 2 weeks from shipping date. Price Change without Prior NoticeFor all prices, products & services we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions. We make every effort to ensure accuracy of pricing on Surgical123.com - We do our best to update prices & availability in shortest time possible. However, we cannot be responsible for errors, omissions. General InformationAll instruments are non-sterile unless described in item title and/or item details page. Before you use any product for health care, we advise that you consult with your physician or primary healthcare provider and seek appropriate advice and supervision prior to use. These products are not intended to cure any disease. When buying from us, buyer agrees that he/she is an authorized purchaser/buyer of the professional instruments. Products offered for sale are not intended for use by children/minors. Not responsible for typographical errors. ReturnsAt Surgical123.com - we are committed to customer service excellence. That is the reason each instrument is carefully packed to ensure a quality item delivered to customer. Our return policy is consistent in maintaining the best value and highest service level for all of our customers. If the merchandise you received is defective or not as you ordered, please contact our customer service staff for quick resolution. The following conditions must be complied with:
- All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and a reason for the return.
- Unused items may be returned within 30 days from date of receipt.
- Returns exceeding 30 days period will not be processed for refunds.
- Sterile items cannot be returned/exchange if the seal is broken or damaged.
- Returned package must be insured & freight prepaid by the customer.
- Returns subject to inspection. A 25% restocking fee may apply.
- Shipping & Handling is non-refundable.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the return processing/refunds.
- Refunds will be posted to the original form of payment.
The information we collect while customer shop online at our online store or place order via fax or phone is kept strictly confidential. This information is used only for order updates, special offers from us, and or marketing emails. We do not share/disclose customer information to third parties.
